One month down, 11 more to go for 2010.  This week, we learned that Sharpie-flavored brocolli tastes disgusting!

We also learned:

MTV decided to pay up and renew their hit show for a 2nd season

Another cable channel renewed one of their reality shows

We saw Avatar get some huge news, followed by even BIGGER news

HBO renewed one of their longer-running programs

Not wanting to miss out on the production window needed for one of their shows, NBC made a renewal announcement

Merlin, a show that was cancelled on NBC even though BBC aired two seasons of it, had some good news for American fans

The winner of the Directors Guild Award was announced

Also, we learned who was nominated for the Oscars, along with who will probably go home with the awards

We discussed some really stupid signs being used by individuals & businesses

We learned about more 3D movies being released this year

And finally, we learned that even the best intentions can make you look like an idiot
