Life goes SO fast. So let’s slow down and look at what was. The week of 2/20-2/26/10, we learned:
ABC Family adds another season to one of their dramedies
We learned who won the Writers Guild Awards
FX renews one of their new shows
Americans decide to keep the Kardashians around for awhile
I lamented about one of the stupidest bumper stickers I had seen in awhile
TLC acts again on their impulse to renew everything they air
The Top 24 performed on American Idol. First the girls, then the dudes…
…and then next day saw the dream die for 4 of them
Jonah Hill adds another movie to his pile
Speedy Gonzales gets a biopic done on him
Hangover star gets intelligent
We weigh in on Chuck‘s chances of renewal
Boss gets renewed, but it may not be the boss you are thinking of
Reynolds v. Cage? Only in Hollywood….
After many, many, many, many roadblocks – Superman gets someone to write for him
The Daily Show loses one more to other projects
And finally…
A rumor about Kate Gosselin actually came true?!?!

Looks like there will be one less face on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
Jason Jones has been cast as the star of How to Be a Better American, an ABC pilot.
While Saturday Night Live was known for decades as the place to develop new comedic talent for Hollywood, The Daily Show has become the new talent gold mine for the past few years.
John Oliver recently left for work on other shows; Samantha Bee – though still a correspondent, and is married to Jason Jones – has guest-starred on some shows; Stephen Colbert has The Colbert Report that airs right after The Daily Show; Rob Riggle has also had success, including The Hangover – which co-starred other The Daily Show alum (and current The Office star) Ed Helms ; Rob Corddry has been getting steady work as well.
Probably the most successful of the bunch would be Steve Carell, with the smash hits The 40 Year Old Virgin, The Office, & Get Smart to name a few.
